To start with Seashore Tech is a child company of Seashore Solutions which so called a development center in Ahmedabad India. Earlier they were located in Makarba and now they have moved to Thaltej — Times Arcade. They are also planning to change the company — so in next one year they come up with new name, but changing the name will not help management as they were pathetic today and will always be.
This company is run by Son & Father — CEO of the Company is Kuntal Mehta, Very bad management, they treat employees as laborers. Both keep on eye through camera all the time as if employees are terrorist or diamond laborers who is going to run away with diamonds of their companies. Even if you casually talk with your colleagues you will receive email or message from CEO asking what are you doing why are you not at your desk. Hire and fire is their policy — Mindset of CEO is that once project is completed he will start finding reason to fire the employee. So your job is never safe with this company.
Seashore Tech/Seashore Solutions employee strength is 9–10 max, above reasons are sufficient why company has this strength and why no employees what to join — Who wants to play with their career? CEO himself plays politics — will say bad about other employee to you and vice versa. Saying X person was saying this about you and bla bla . Being this level of CEO i don’t know he gets all the time in the world to do this bullshit.
Communication — Official tool of the company is Whatsapp — CEO will call you anytime — even on weekends. From this once can understand the level of the company who’s communication tool is Whatsapp
Infrastructure — very bad and unhygienic — No office boy to maintain office.
Reviews — All the positive review that you will see are forced by employees to add on Google Places & GlassDoor
Consultants/Freelancers — They do not pay to IT Consultants/HR Consultants or freelancers after work is done, find one or other reason not to pay. Take past reference of consultants or employees before working for them
Beware — They will make your life hell, if you work for them or join the company.
